Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tyler's Tea Time. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
